• Payments must be made at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as specified on our site.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

• Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.

• Refunds for prepaid services will be issued only in cases of error or ineligibility for the service as determined by our practitioners.

6. Health and Safety

• By booking a service, you confirm that you have consulted with your medical provider and are medically fit to undergo the chosen procedures.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s health conditions contraindicate the procedure or may lead to undesirable outcomes.

All aesthetic services provided by Yve Medical Group are cosmetic and elective in nature. Results are not guaranteed and may vary from individual to individual. We are not liable for any dissatisfaction or unintended outcomes unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yve Medical Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, dissatisfaction with results, or other complications.

All content, including text, images, videos, and other materials provided by Yve Medical Group, is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Philippines.
